Favorite sort of time travel rules.

Do you prefer when going back erases stuff, creates a separate branch/deviation, when you can't alter anything because it all fulfills itself in a loop, or some fourth time thing I didn't mention?

And also whatever it was that The Outer Wilds did! In that game you "travel" back 22 minutes after every cycle but retain information from the previous cycles. As you find out throughout the game you aren't actually send back in time rather you just have information from [i]potential[/i] other timelines, none of them ever happened only your current cycle is real.

Really great game and absolutely crisis inducing ☺️

@KyleRenn it's a truly great game, one of the best I've ever played. There's a good video summarizing the story
