Well, not literally now because I have a headache but now as in recent times.

I had a lot of energy in my mid-late 20’s. But I needed that energy just for what I was dealing with back then. I’d love to have it now. And my early 30’s was pretty good, was learning how to have fun and not just surviving day-to-day. I never had that much fun when I was a child.

Probably when i used to go surfing. As soon as you hit the water and start paddling its like meditation and the energy of the waves and ocean is amazing.

Walking in -20 weather .... also swimming in the ocean.

before i had my first ever seizure when i could drive i was friendly with some very attractive women had a fiancee was high energy. Not so much any more

Today and every day - good workouts, love life and job.

About 10 years ago. Weight loss…a little bit of exercise. Wish I could find that motivation again

All the time as I am still breathing and love life.

One thing that makes you feel alive is jumping into ice water, especially the moment you're getting back out.
