End times approaching?
Is human civilisation, and maybe even the livability of our planet, coming to an end? Will it be caused by the current "climate change" ?

I would say that soon enough we will have to learn to change the whole economic system.
Unfortunately many think of that as the end of civilization as they know it.
This massive wealth distribution just can not just keep on increasing. There's simply not enough resources to sustain it.

Seems so, but then again alarmist kinds of interpretations are proliferating, I think we should still be focused on living our best lives on the microcosm level regardless of the macrocosm state, for if there's a flicker of hope for continuance, it will be fuelled largely by the microcosms joining together to forge new and improved edifices of managing things. I don't have the foggiest idea what that would look like without the Potentiality of tryanny being inevitable though. Perhaps the earth deserves a rest from humanity, a common sentiment for the disaffected for the last few decades.

@AthrillatheHunt Yes I'm a really old man. Helped a 100 yr old friend celebrate her b/day last week. The idyllic future society I fantasized in my youth? Pfft.
