Fire in California, flood in Texas - no plans for the future and they'll rebuild in the same exact places for the same disaster.

@Roundandroundwego You have to begin your argument with what is currently in place. The land where those homes were destroyed is owned by people who have insurance. They can rebuild for free. Now explain your plans to change this. Are you suggesting the taxpayers buy the land back from these people, and turn that land into walkways and parks? You think that would ever happen?

@JamesBugman I don't think Americans want to have housing or community that's sustainable. I'm sure they'll vote for non socialism and get it. The highest deaths rates in the world, USA! No. You don't understand the difference between planning for life and the free market. Disaster is most profitable. No change, no argument from me. You win. Keep going and then we'll be free of you.
