a feeling of foreboding about the future

i don't know but i just often get a feeling of insecurity and foreboding about the future? like things won't be secure forever, or that; danger is coming?

i live in a one bedroom council flat, i have lived here since 2005, i have felt secure but i have anxiety as well and get the feeling that the security i have won't last or that danger is in the future?

my landlords have recently changed new management, so i don't know if that is the reason why i feel as i do?

anyway, how do you handle feelings like this, and fear of the future?

I can relate to how your feeling. I feel that way about where i live as well. Im always scared ill get kicked out for some reason and become homeless. The way i deal with it is i try not to think about it too much. Realise that i am most likely catastrophising.
Youve lived there for so long no doubt your landlords value you as a tenant.
