Sometimes when people are very serious and stern it gives me the giggles.

lol seriously I’ve done the same thing … looking through an eye test machine then seeing the optician looming in gave me the giggles too I hear you lol 🤭 😘

Some completely reasonable people start acting weird in hospital settings. Mostly because they feel anxious. As a healthcare provider one must try to make patients comfortable. Doesn’t work all the time but 70 percent people respond positively and rest of them are less likely to act aggressively

Nervous giggling, I do that a lot, a guy pulled a gun out on me when I was a teenager and I burst laughing.
