I would say, if u put your mind to it it's achievable.
In the UK, Single person buying? job must be 30k per annum pre taxes (Admin, security, banker). Or two people both earning minimum wage working full time. Two people can be partners, siblings or friends etc.
Down deposit must be 25 percent minimum against mortgage. So if house's value is £250,000 yer deposit needs to be around 55,000ish.
