Curtesy invite

So I've had a friend who lives nearby.She is there on my Fb and I get updates about her hanging out with other folks from our community always but I'm not invited there.She rarely talks with me and it's been a while we had a conversation.Our friends are not common and it's awkward for me to crash at a place where I hardly know any.

Now she send me an curtesy invite over a text for a weekend party.Should I go or should I not ?

@Spacesbetweenus well good luck to you. I dunno if you consider her a best friend but hope you dont lose her. I seem to lose every friend i make. Making strides so it doesnt happen again

@Spacesbetweenus sorry miscommunication. You talk like she and you are growing distant. I hope thats not the case. If you go and feel uncomfortable you can always leave. I dont know the right call here
