My Former friend is really petty

I had a friend once. Context: We went to a school with people with mental disabilities Me and him were cool But then we had a falling out. I've been more than patient with him and now I've had enough. Everytime i said hi to him he ignores me and rolls his eyes.

I get we both have mental issues but He acts like a child. He doesn't even remember why he doesn't want to be friends with me anymore. Yet he doesn't mind taking stuff from me that i offer to him like snacks and juices.

I've tried everything to mend our friendship. I know he's has the right to be mad at me and not talk to me anymore but it’s getting old. Even
