I am entering a new era. Taking my work more seriously. Taking life less seriously. Less is more ;) Being soft and strong.

I will simply continue to pour into these two main areas, teaching Qigong and art making, also some art workshops whenever that is possible.

I want to begin waking up at 5am. I don't know if I will make it this time, as I have begun so many times and soon I fail.

But this time something is different. I can't yet tell you what, but as I have entered a tunnel, a flow, a vision.

Perhaps I have aligned with my Mission.

Celibacy helps, meditation helps, exercise helps, discipline, softness, relaxation, patience, perseverance, love, studying, all these. Curries help :p
Friend help. Lots.
Myself helps, I help myself OH GOD FINALLY :DD

To me it begun as trying to gain myself back, my power back, my stability, my self respect, all of these things. And it is working wonders.
