My colleague sent me a snap.

My friend created a Snapchat on my phone when I wasn't looking and added a few people. I'm trying to tie back the strings I cut with these colleagues but at the same time I really don't want to open the snap it's giving me a lot of anxiety as I know my friend will be in it with them and it breaks my heart for a lot of reasons.

Boundaries... your friend doesn't respect boundaries. (imho). The more they get away with it the more they're going to do it. You can uninstall the app but before that I would imagine you can block all the people you don't want to be using it to send you messages.
Tell your friend you just respectfully Decline and you don't want to be drawn back into that. This is stress that should not be forced on you. I have to question the word friend when someone does that. ... again...imho.
