Would you say that Yukio Mishima was a fascist?
Yknow0508 · 22-25, M
@HannibalAteMeOut I would say ... What gives you the impression that I would have any idea what it is you are talking about ?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@HannibalAteMeOut Was he?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@Yknow0508 well you said let's talk about anything so I prompt you now to do some research and come back so we can talk about it
Yknow0508 · 22-25, M
@HannibalAteMeOut lol. I bet your the life of the party ... Are you from the US?
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@CrazyMusicLover hmm idk really, a nationalist for sure he was, although for me the line that separates them is often thin. He did attempt to convince the military to do a coup in the emperor's favour so had it not failed it makes me wonder how things would have turned out for the people.

@Yknow0508 oh so when you say "anything" you mean party kinda stuff?
No but I bet you are.
No but I bet you are.

@HannibalAteMeOut I meant that as a joke... I will say though ... You seem well educated. That's hot ... I'd get drunk with you and have you give me lessons like teacher.
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@Yknow0508 go drink your milk first and we'll talk
Yknow0508 · 22-25, M
@HannibalAteMeOut what do you mean by that?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@HannibalAteMeOut I heard he was a controversial writer for some reason but never looked up why. I read two books by him.
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
@CrazyMusicLover I love his works though and his outlook on beauty and death is interesting

@HannibalAteMeOut The Sailor Who Fell from Grace With the Sea was very interesting. It's a story that somehow sticks in mind. And his short stories in "Death in Midsummer and Other Stories" were very atmospheric. Especially "The Seven Bridges".
