I’m guessing the perfect friend would be

around your age, understand you, try to communicate, try to let you vent to them when you need to, give you good advice and be wise because a naive friend can actually run you into trouble.

The perfect friend for me will finish my sentences, know I’m going to call before I even call her, someone I can laugh endlessly with, someone who understands me and my quirks, someone who is easy to talk to and non judgmental, someone who doesn’t talk about others behind their backs

Age isn’t important but believe me a person in their 20s does not understand a person in their 40s and 50s. They are too young and didn’t experience what older people did. @SW-User

@SW-User I have done a lot of work to change and grow over the years, back then it was not so easy to just talk to people to let things out and for people to listen and support you.
