Can’t socialize for long

I can’t socialize with friends for long. Like I know some people who can be over someone’s house all day. I only have social energy/stamina to hangout for 3 hours or less. Anything more than that I feel pure exhaustion or I feel delusional. Is it normal to have such little social energy/stamina?

@assemblingaknob I've got friends that wanna spend like the whole day or like 5 plus hours together and I just can't handle that but don't wanna tell them so they don't think I don't like them
