BringTheLove No theres more to it than that . I am saying question everything dont take things at face value and when it comes to history things arnt always as they seem . History is written by people with a political bias . So what ever is politically correct at the time is what is written down in history . For instance when people first heard about Mandella he was a terrorist and now he is considered a hero . However no one really knew him or what he was about . What about Zimbabwe and mugabe some say he was a hero ridding Zimbabwe of white oppression but now we know he was nothing more than a savage dictator and mass murderer . How about the Royal family we consider them British but their not their bloodline is Swiss and German , but we accept them as British because we are told they are our royal family but are they . Go further back to say Henry the 8th History makes him out to be a nut who murdered his wives and was power mad , but was he or was he influenced by people around him who made him do what he did . We take to much at face value . How about the British Empire , at the time history tells us it was a good thing and all these pioneers etc were amazing people , but were they or were they just people with no thought for anyone but themselves seeking fame and fortune . Now history tells us that they werent such good people , like Cecil John Rhodes who Rhodesia was named after . History now tells us he was a racist and a murderer and stole lands that didnt belong to him because it suits the political ideals of the time . I could go on but I think I made my point .
