How to report suicide online? I'm concerned for a friend and there's only so much I can do

So i have this online friend, she lives in India and she confessed life is really hard for her. Today something bad happened and she's thinking about coming suicide again. We chat on instagram but i doubt reporting it there would do anything. Is there anything i can do to actually help her? In real life i mean. I try to support her but I am not the best person for the job. Talking about suicida makes me anxious and at the moment I'm dealing with my own demons. She doesn't have good parents or anyone to support her in real life. I tried to report it on some 988 number but i couldn't send a message and I think it's only a us thing. She doesn't want to get help and considers suicide the right way. I don't think she's planning anything now but i want to stop this if i can. I don't know how many people i can contant due to my own location
