When browsing forums it would be nice if all the people online were displayed first, rather than having to scroll through pages and pages of users.

@swirlie Because if you are a member of a forum, or have an interest in a forum, it would be nice to see who is also a member of that forum, and who is currently online, so you can chat, perhaps. Some forums have dozens of pages.
