I still don't deny that the things I do and say are my fault. No illness excuses me. If I hurt anyone, I'm sorry.

Not really trying to excuse anything and I can't know your situation so I'll talk generally. Generally if you go thru things like high and lows, your mind may not be in the best place. You may not realize it.
