Relax, close your eyes and imagine you are in a place where a river flows. Let the soothing noise of the running water impregnate your mind. Picture you are lying in a field and look at the sky. When you look at the clouds, find one that you find interesting and imagine a shape. Build a positive story around it and you will slowly feel the tension go away.
