Do you ever lock yourself in the bathroom and have a strong hard cry

Something is breaking inside me and I'm not sure how to reach in and make it better

I have been over the last few months. A cry lets it out, but doesn't solve the issues. Talk to someone who will just listen and not try and fix you.
