What’s the deal with people who open accounts, are online most of the time but never post anything?

I know. I have friends here who have no posts.

Some people prefer just reading other people's thoughts.
Myself, I might make a comment or two in a day, but I'll read much more than that.
That isn't a bad thing. We all decide for ourselves how we want to participate.

Perhaps they're trying to find a site similar to something else, find this one and don't like it.

And then too lazy to delete the account, I guess

Cheap entertainment? They must have the most boring, unfulfilling, unproductive life ever.

They work for secret agencies doing secret things.

A lot of people think they have nothing interesting to say. Many are too lazy to say anything. And then there are people who use SW as a kind of public diary who post almost every day whether or not they think it might interest anyone else .
