If you genuinely like them and think they would be a nice friend then Don鈥檛 PM them, earn their respect and trust via your behavior and quality of responses to everyone else over time . Don鈥檛 hover on their posts or replies to another鈥檚 post . If they like you and believe you are genuine, they will reach out . If not , do them the courtesy of leaving them alone.
