Just pull your friend to the side and explain that you're not feeling too good. Tell her you appreciate the invitation but you don't want to disturb the fun night.

Give your mum a ring and explain that you weren't feeling very social and that you felt it better to return home than dampen your friends party.

People pick up on bad vibes, it's quicker and easier to deal with by saying something.

I mean I could but I'm always like this I'm just doing my best to cheer her up and focus on the party
My mom is asleep but anyway she wouldn't understand if I tell her, it happened lot of times and the few times I vented to her she said I should stop being antisocial just to play games or stuff. She's nice but this topic is kinda sensitive ig i don't have good experiences with this 😞 sorry if I sound pessimist
