I think often about the jingling keys and the footsteps from a Charley Donlea book, The Girl Who Was Taken.

@PeachyK The power of words. Little can they imagine, I suppose, how far and wide their words will travel woven into the lives of strangers. So beautiful. 🙂

In the end, it is all about the journey. Spaghetti against the wall? Lots of it stuck along the way but I was just too busy doing other stuff to pay it much attention.

I like your description better than Thoreau's ~ "Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to their graves with the song still in them".

Sing out!

@bowman81 I’m humming at least. I won’t take everything with me. 🙂

Never able to sort the left hand right hand thing on piano.

But to translate to guitar. 🤔 Yes I do,I'm an analytical player in some senses. I have to know the key or mode,I have conversations with others in my band where they look blankly as I say it's kind of C Lydian. Cos it's Cmaj7 in several places and that's the key structure I'm playing Emin appegios over the C in the bass. ....

@OldBrit Oh you’re the best of both worlds. You play with heart and mind alike. I suppose it’s harder to be unique in that way, when fewer of those you share with can relate to your experience. 💕
I used to have a t-shirt. On the front, “Dazed and Confused.” On the back, “I don’t know where we’ve been, but it’s been a lovely afternoon.”

@Mamapolo2016 I love that 😄
