I Beleive Guys And Girls Can Be Just Friends

It's so annoying how my parents want me to date my guy friend just because he's a nice, Jewish boy. That why [i]wouldn't[/i] I want to date him. Gee, I don't know. Maybe it's because I don't think of him that way?! I've been friends with him for five years. If I had feelings for him, we'd be dating right now. Many people think that guys and girls can't [i]just[/i] be friends. You can blame the media for that! On almost every TV show we see a friend become a love interest. I don't need to date every guy who's nice to me or justify why I don't have feelings for someone.
