Not sure what you mean by that, my relationships with my girlfriends (mostly non-sexual girlfriends) I would consider more social than professional.

But yes grounded so that if there does arise any sexual tension it is handled in the correct way. Always worked out great for me, in fact one of my best girlfriends introduced me to my wife.

I agree in gerneral but still think it depends on the age. Its more likely to work at an adult age than during teenage time.
