Sunshine on Leith

Only a few more days till the daylight hours start getting longer in the North. In the meantime, 7 hours of daylight to look forward to.

Sunrise 09:15 and sunset 15:12 here at IKEA Slependen. Just short of six hours.

@Lugwho Usually I don't mind the short days but it's so warm this year (9 C today) that there is no snow so it's still pretty dark even now almost two hours after sunrise.

On a proper winter day with clear skies and snow on the ground it would be a completely different experience.

@ninalanyon I hate the short days, but it may be partly the build up to Christmas. I enjoy it once I finish work and the shops are closed.
