Had I not gone for a run this morning, this is what I would have missed

Fighting diabetes is always a struggle. But today it was exhilarating.

I do not take tablets. Rely on a strict low gi diet and exercise.

@peterlee It does. It means you are doing fantastic! Anything under 5.6 means you are normal and in good shape. I take the pills and am at 6.1
