I went for a walk and this quilted heart was hanging from a random bush. I wasn’t going to take it but I got closer to look at it and it had a tag.
The tag reads “take me home to love or share”
It has a website on the tag where it tells the story about these quilted hearts placed randomly around the world and you can upload a photo and the story of how you found yours.

@moonlightlullaby I went to the website noted on the card and it says that if you find one of these quilted hearts that it was meant to be yours. Exactly what you said
