Rome felt different when I went out for my run this morning

You know it’s holiday month, the number of people around has reduced, which for me always gives me drive on my run, because those around are more likely to be foreigners without an interest or investment in our society.

I had my phone on my arm and my attack alarm on my wrist. I feel naked running without my pistol, and I have to devise a way of carrying on my run. Dad would likely balk that I am out and unarmed. I’ll have to ask him about pepper spray, and if it would require a separate permit.

Any way, it’s warm enough for me to have worn just tight yoga pants and a loose tee over my sports bra. My Nikes need replacing, although I think I have another pair of training shoes in my wardrobe that I bought but haven’t used.
