One of my high school student employee came to see me this morning

Wants to protest his punishment for failing a drug test that I knew nothing about.(thats his mothers department)
Well If I override his supervisors decision he'll be fired and I am obligated to inform the school. He was fined double the cost of the test and will do a home test as long as he lives with mom
