And just standing next to the tractor shed

My home, about another football field away yet from the shed. See Where that silo is. We sold the barn two years ago. Got a nice price for the older barn. Got a newer style barn on the other side. That's why there is a big mess there. That's what left of the old stone wall foundation

The land and space is nice, but the house is a dump and falling apart. On the fence what would be cheaper tear down and build new, or repair dump

The house is actually older than the state of Wisconsin

It's a log home that someone put wood and plastic siding over it the logs

So it looks even worse shape then what it actually is

@HumanEarth well, you’ll just have to decide off you want to expend the energy and cash to renovate!! Otherwise just rebuild. 😉

Well I Bought the land and the house without a bank loan (Unheard right) I saved so much money doing it my way.(Talking thousands of $$$) Going to do it again when I am ready for the next step. Land and house is paid for.
