@Stereoguy Great to know. Life is going well today. I have my personal struggles like everyone, but I'm still blessed by merely waking up this morning.😉

@Stereoguy It was pretty good. I found a marital arts kickboxing gym that opens at 5 am every morning. The equipment is good and I can get my workout in while in a new environment. The guy that owns it runs it and he has been around the block with martial arts. Even while doing my rage reducing mele he will stop me if he sees a technique flaw and explains why and then shows me what to do. He is old school oriental and he wont accept the wrong type of personality into his gym . So far I like it and he challenges me to get more precise. What more could a girl need? 😉
