@RebelFox LOLOL that would be a doozy! This one though was put there by the city. He serves the dual purpose of giving us a giggle and keeping our huge birdie population away from the water tower. It’s been so long I don’t remember if they were actually hurting something or they just didn’t like having to disturb their nests or both, but he has been on the job for a long time now.
