Walking through the doctors office.. he's unsatisfied with the work the hospital maintenance department has done, new baseboard molding coming unglued,new drop ceiling already showing stains and hand prints. Outlet and switch plate covers are plastic.. This is a free estimate which I normally don't do, to fix everything the right way and up to code cost will be $25,000 (estimate only).
