Do morning people actually exist?

Because I’m not and have never been a morning person 😅, with that being said it’s 7:40 am for me as of right now and I’m going back to sleep 😴

I'm living proof of it.

For about 1/2 of the year, I'm up at 6:00 AM, I go out and run a few miles, shower, eat and get dressed in time to be at the office by 8:00 AM
