As we move into an unenforceable town lockdown, followed a few days later by a Statewide lockdown some observations on the human condition.
When a town leader says stay at home and then travels to another state only to return a couple days later, it is pretty hard to take his arrogant platitudes seriously. Fuck off.
When town government schedules a meeting in the afternoon, in order to minimize the number of people who can attend and then makes absolutely no reasonable effort to communicate the results and actions of that meeting to the public and people are just supposed to figure it out. Fuck off.
When the governor of the state says you are safer at home, but gives no clear guidance how people are supposed to participate in what could be an important election in a couple weeks and yes, time is running out for absentee balloting. When the same executive order is so full of holes and exemptions that it means nothing and there is just as much traffic on the road as there was yesterday. Fuck off.
When people in general are too stupid to read the notices on doors, go to the grocery store every day (and the shelves are stocked just fine) and sometimes multiple times of day and then are worried about seeing a face the don't recognize but are still too stupid to stay home. Yes dipshit, you are responsible for your own health. Fuck off
