@ironhand I can't tell you how many times ive seen the man in concert. Everytime I hear his name I open my wallet and just suck it up, or get somone else to open thiers. last time I saw him was last year for my birthday. He came to the superdome for the essence fest and my uncle has season tickets so he automatically has seats to whatever goes on in the superdome. Best show on Earth hands down.

Yeah blackened is not actually burnt. That is done with seasoning. Some peopl really just dont know how to cook cajun food. I dont understand it. Its not rocket science. Half of cajun food came about because people where looking for an easier way to do things. smh
