I've been sick for 11 days with a respiratory infection. Today, my neighbor came over and mowed my lawn

I'm starting to feel better so, if I feel quite a bit better tomorrow I was going to Sam's Club and get her some kind of dessert for her family.
I've been telling her she can use my clothes line since her dryer quit working so ,I thought maybe about buying her some clothes pins and reminding her she can use the line anytime.
I just wondering if that's enough of a thank you?
