Spot on.

Sometimes I think some people look for reasons to misunderstand and make assumptions because they need some sort of drama in their lives.

It is really sad. It's a rare person that ever takes the time to ask for clarification if they aren't understanding where you are coming from.

@Peapod I don't have a problem asking. Some people view that as "confrontational," but confrontation is not a bad thing. 🤗💓 It's how we get to know one another better. ⭐

@Peaches Exactly. I am not real good at confronting people because I often do worry about how I could come off. I have no doubt I suffer inside more than I should. But time usually will reveal to me on where someone was coming from.

I try not to make any decision about someone based in the heat of emotion.

This happens so often with people and I'll never understand it. Making assumptions is a bad way to go because assumptions can obviously be wrong--and they frequently are, in my experience.

@Rutterman Yes.😔I personally don't have a problem with asking when it's something that could seriously damage a relationship with the people in my life.
