I Think Good Friends Are Rare
I think they only come about at a certain time in your life and that is when you reach adulthood. At least that's the case for me.
All the ones that I were friends with in school or people I used to talk to, have drifted apart. They all went their separate ways. And even if I try to keep in touch, they either get busier or burn the bridge, sever the connection. Which is just sad, but on the other hand, not really good people to begin with.
We do have our flaws as human beings though.
But the good friends you find end up being the people you least expected. The outcasts, the misfits, people who are different, people who are disabled, the loners. And strangely enough, they are the ones that know how to socialise. The creative ones, the story-tellers, the writers, musicians and artists and dare I say it, even actors. :)
