I get that a lot of profiles here are either dead, bots, or dudes in disguise lol but if there are any genuine females around here hit me up. I’m looking for someone to chat with about whatever, and I generally get along better with ladies.

You might want to turn this on its head, @Sarge. Read people's posts on here - particularly in forums which interest you. Next stage is to interact - with women of a suitable age, if that's you want. Then, and only then, either post on a woman's wall or send her a personal message. You're likely to have more success of making contact with someone genuine than your current approach.
