From my experience, people who are complimentary and all lovey dovey quite soon are unreliable in the long run

Happened recently. Hyped things up only to let me down. The second time we got to meet up, they looked bored and sad then went somewhere else. I know there were problems but their actions didn't match the words. They blew their chance to redeem themselves. They were excited again to not really be bothered it seems.

It seems its yet another lovebombing scenario where they just enjoy saying shite they dont mean. Someone telling you they love you even as a friend... I'm not sure that's what I'm used to when it hasn't even been a year. They also said they'd missed me when we had only hung out twice and barely bonded in person.
