A good kind of thought for the introverts among us

"When I’m on my own, I get all the time and space to flit between hobbies, following the whims of my moods and thoughts. Whether it’s a night after work or an entire Saturday by myself, I’ll read, then journal or work on my writing. I’ll play some Sims, or work on a puzzle, or dive into my spirituality. The opportunities to engage my mind are never-ending. This is how I recharge."

I got this from Introvert Dear, an email-based newsletter I have subscribed to. And they talk at length about the introvert mind, and new ways to think for them different folks. empaths included.

It's difficult being an introverted empath. You see the emotions, the highs and lows, you feel them but, how to connect with them? If I meet another introverted empath, the language rolls off my heart, and otherwise I know I need to journal more, entertain more for myself in hobby and interest as it will cultivate more connection.
