Lessons? Be yourself....trust in yourself....be happy....know when to be self-relient...know when to delegate...

Regrets? Ah.....I've had a few.....lol! Actually, everything from the past - both bad and good - has made the Sammy jo that you see before you these days....and I kinda like the person I am these days....so....in a nutshell...no!

More in life? Spend time with those that I love...and be happier....

Simple really....that's all I need.
