Fake Muslim?

Recently my husband was talking to his friend and the phone was on speaker. They were talking about me and his friend called me a fake muslim 2 times. Why? Because my husband told him I got scared and ran to the bathroom which really isn’t what happened. They were both laughing at me after that was said and I felt so hurt I cried. My husband called his friend back to “explain” why he said that, but he really just ended up gaslighting me and saying it was a joke. I don’t believe it was a joke and this isn’t the first time this guy has said something mean about me. I never want to talk to him again and I’m still upset with my husband for laughing and not sticking up for me. Have you been called a fake Muslim before and how can I feel better about this situation?
