I Would Rather Have No Friends Than Fake Friends

So I feel that you have every right to tell your friend no, if they ask if you want to hang out, I get a little peeved off when they give me an excuse and it actually sounds like it’s fake.... Why can’t you be honest with me? You’re afraid of upsetting me? But you’re upsetting me now because I can tell you’re lying to me. All you could say is “look maybe not today, maybe another time”.

Or is that too much to ask?
