A Blessing and a Curse

I can close my eyes and see the smiles of every single one of my friends from back home, and sometimes it's the most amazing feeling in the world. Sometimes it tears my heart out.

I can meditate and hear the sound of their laughs, hear them tell me they love me. I can feel their embrace around me and the warmth of their body against mine. I can feel the tears roll from their eyes as their face presses against my own.

But I know the goodbyes are necessary.
