I Wish I Had More Close Friends

I wish I had just one genuine person in my life. Just one. Someone who is there for me and cares about me. The older you get the harder it seems to find that one genuine person. I personally don't think I'll ever find it. I truly believe I was meant to be alone.

Hard to find, sort of like love. I have a friend, that I've known since I was 8 and we've been in and out of each other's lives here and there as life has passed, but we can always pick up where we left off. We know everything about each other and no judgement, but we do keep it real. So, you can find it, but it is a unicorn.
