I Was Dumped By a Close Friend

I wrote a story about how an old friend unfriended me on Facebook because I apparently wasn’t smart enough for her. Well, a few weeks ago I was on FB and I saw that she wanted to add me as a friend. I was kinda shocked and was tempted to say yes. Despite my feelings towards her I thought let bygones be bygones, but then my instincts told me No!

By friending her I’d be setting myself up for more hurt. No, I don’t hold a grudge against this friend, but I still hurt nonetheless. I’m honestly proud of myself for not caving. My old self would have caved. Anyways, that’s pretty much it.
